With more than a decade of continuous persistence and commitment to its corporate values, Xilium celebrates another milestone as it opens its 4th satellite office in Cebu City on April 8, 2022. This significant achievement marks the first Xilium office outside of Region 6 as the other offices are in Iloilo, Roxas, and Bacolod. This means that Xilium remains steadfast in nurturing its global mindset amidst cultural barriers.
The grand opening ceremony was attended by esteemed local officials, Xilium’s very own CEO Vanessa Belleza, our COO Joven Suobiron, and the Cebu pioneer team. The event was also broadcasted on Xilium’s official Facebook page.
In his opening speech, COO Suobiron shared that this celebration proves how Xilium is willing to step out of its comfort zone and face a new culture just to pursue its goals. Moreover, CEO Belleza promised that, though this might not be a perfect company, employees will be taken care of, family and personal time will be respected, and will always be a home away from home.
With the company’s strong dedication to innovation, and the company culture they developed through time, Xilium Cebu looks forward to become as successful as the three other sites. At the same time inspiring its employees to #GrowMore and #LiveMore.
